About this website and the firm

Who runs this website?

Where is the firm's office?
Office 1206, The Headquarters Business Park, Corniche Road, Ash Shati, Jeddah 23511. Office hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Does the firm have offices in Riyadh or Dammam?
No. The firm's only office is in Jeddah. It acts for clients in Riyadh, the Eastern Province and elsewhere remotely, and its licensed lawyers can appear before courts throughout the Kingdom.
Can I get advice in English?
Yes. Consultations are available in Arabic and English. Court proceedings in Saudi Arabia are conducted in Arabic.

Consultations and fees

How do I book a consultation?
Send the enquiry form or call the office. The firm will check for conflicts of interest and then contact you to arrange a consultation in Jeddah or online.
Is the first consultation free?
Fees for consultations depend on the matter. Ask the firm when it contacts you; any fee will be confirmed before the consultation takes place.
How are fees charged?
Depending on the work, fees may be fixed, hourly or on a retainer. If you instruct the firm, you will receive the scope of work and fees in writing before work begins.
What should I send with my enquiry?
A short description in general terms is enough. Please do not send confidential documents until the firm has confirmed it can act for you.

Confidentiality and data

Is my enquiry confidential?
Enquiries are passed only to Al-Fahal Law Firm and the service providers needed to deliver them. Even so, keep the first message general. The firm will tell you how to share documents securely once it has confirmed it can act.
Does sending an enquiry make me a client?
No. A lawyer–client relationship begins only when the firm confirms in writing that it will act for you.
How is my personal data used?
Only to respond to your enquiry and keep a record of it, as explained in the privacy policy, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
